Recipes for the whole family: guacamole, beet risotto, eggs all 'arrabbiata and apple pie

One more week, like every Thursday, we bring you a new entry for our section of Recipes for the whole family with ideas for children to eat also ours, as we did when we were little, and get them out of the typical children's menu based on pasta, batters and potatoes.

They are recipes made by our companions of Direct to the Palate, of Trendencias and Vitónica and today we will have magnificent recipes of dish or to prepare relatively quickly, which is summer and there are days that we do not enter so much in the kitchen, and some desserts to give a little variety (and make you grow the bug of wanting to get into the kitchen to make them).

Starters and first courses

  • Guacamole: it is difficult to find another recipe that is simpler and richer than that of this appetizer, which with slight variations we can give entity up to first course. Today we teach you how to prepare it.

  • Cherry tarts, goat cheese and maple syrup Goodbye summer, hello autumn !: Today with this recipe we say goodbye to summer and we give way to autumn with some cherry tomato tarts, goat cheese and maple syrup, a really easy recipe and simple, but very resultona to solve an entree.

  • Beetroot risotto: Risotto is one of the most successful dishes of Italian cuisine. Its consistency is so soft and creamy that it is difficult not to succumb to its charms. Of the various recipes I've tried, my favorite is, without a doubt, beet risotto. It has an amazing taste and a color that makes it irresistible.

Main courses

  • Chicken flush the hanout with couscous, corn and peas: very complete dish that will bring us closer to the flavors of the other shore of the Mediterranean.

  • Chicken stew with chickpeas with paprika: It's funny how two of the most common ingredients in my daily meals, chicken and chickpeas, had never combined them in the same dish until very recently. The truth is that they can be complemented very well to create very complete recipes

  • Pork meatballs in Teriyaki sauce: For those who may not like to eat roast pork, these meatballs can be a good alternative to bring them to this type of protein. Also, as we are going to cook them in the oven, they don't carry much oil, which makes them quite healthy.

  • Eggs all 'arrabbiata: a very interesting recipe that reminds me of shatshuka, a very common breakfast in the area of the near east.

The sweet zone

  • Protein fitness cookies: it is harder to pronounce them than to eat them. A little treat for breakfast.

  • Apple and honey cake: I love the idea of being able to make fruit tarts simply, quickly and without major complications. It is with this idea in mind that I decided to make this apple pie and honey. To give it an even more fruity touch I will also use raspberry jam.

  • Pastry cream empanadillas: A very simple snack, but it does not stop being delicious.

  • Spicy pears pie with honey: a surprising recipe full of flavor.

  • Chocolate, whiskey and coffee muffins: using decaffeinated coffee and replacing alcohol with milk or orange juice you could get some delicious muffins for all audiences, but if we only have adults at home it is worth trying the combination of both ingredients with Taste of dark chocolate.

And that's all for today. Enjoy these recipes very much and don't forget that next Thursday we will return with more ideas For the dishes of the week.
