A video is circulating on the networks that I think is beautiful to see it once and a thousand times and to share with our children. It is one of the most beautiful videos I've seen, as it highlights the enormous power that your peers support when things are not going well, especially when it comes to children.
It is a homemade video made by a father who attended a sports competition at his son's school. The 5-year-old boy was having a hard time because of a jump that resisted him, but after his classmates hugged everything changed.

The little boy was going through one of his worst moments. It was his turn to jump into the sight of everyone, take momentum, jump and fail to overcome the obstacle. Try again and again and despite the support of your teacher, it seems impossible that you can get it. As expected, the child feels frustrated and begins to cry.
Suddenly, all his classmates react in a moving way. They surround him in a circle and encouraging him to try again. And finally he gets it. The ovation was spectacular.
Peer support
Peer support is fundamental to strengthen children's self-esteem. Whether it's girls or boys, peer recognition elevates self-confidence. And without a doubt, this viral video is the best example of this.
