Obese children have a higher risk of having a fracture

Obesity experts from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in the US have determined that obesity or overweight lead to problems such as leg, knee or hip pain, and obese children have a higher risk of suffering a fracture and present more difficulties to move. This is the fish that bites its tail, since all the problems we have mentioned predispose to a greater sedentary lifestyle and as a consequence a greater weight gain.

When a child has overweight problems, it undoubtedly costs him much more to have fun with games that involve some kind of physical effort, therefore the child performs this type of games resulting in a greater accumulation of weight. There is a lot of information that teaches us about the problem of overweight, we can also get as much information as we want to try to alleviate this situation that has overflowed in many places on our planet.

It is important that children start from small to perform some physical exercise, along with a healthy diet many of the problems that arise from certain ages, will not exist. Surely we all want our child to develop properly and have a long, prosperous and healthy life, for now, it is in us that this dream is fulfilled.
