Boc'n roll: ecological food wrap

I still remember my young years when, at the time of the patio, hundreds of small pieces of silver paper that had served as shelter for our endless sandwiches accumulated in the school's garbage (when not on the ground).

It is not that I missed those little balls, it is not a time for romanticism, it is that for a while this part has been growing a social conscience that advises us to reduce waste and reuse everything we can for the good of the planet, of ecology and for the sake of our children, who already live in it and are an active part.

Those hundreds of silver paper balls can easily be replaced if we use alternative and reusable wrappers. Formerly they were wrapped in a handkerchief or cloth. Today it can be done the same, although there may be some who prefer to use something a little less rustic such as Boc'n roll. It is a product that has a polyester and cotton face decorated with different motifs and another very resistant ecological plastic where we will store food. It closes with Velcro straps and when opened it can serve as a tablecloth.

With it you can wrap fruits, snacks or any other food. It is reusable, washable and costs like two rolls of silver paper (4.95 euros), so sooner or later it pays for itself.

It is being distributed in some town halls and schools and can also be found on its website, in MarcaDifrencia or in specialized stores.
