A poem for Mother's Day

Just over a month ago it was Father's Day and it is coming the Mother's Day. These days we are offering some resources for those parents who want to give a gift to the mothers and others for the children to participate as well.

It is very common to add to the gift (or give as a main gift) a diploma or some poetry for moms, being able to choose between several options available on the Internet, since there are dozens of dedications and poems.

As I did the other time with parents writing a poem for the occasion, I leave you with one to thank moms, which also deserve a poem dedicated to them and again exclusive, for being their own authorship.

Thanks Mom

Thanks mom, for loving me so much, so much,

for inventing thousands of stories when my nerves surface, for always having a smile for me, even when you feel it is cloudy and for showing me the truth that is hidden behind my fears.

Thank you mom, for calming my tears with your singing,

for offering me your arms when I stumble, for coming to my side when I call you, and also when I don't do it and for healing my wounds with your hundreds of kisses.

Thank you mom, for helping me every night to enter the world of dreams,

curled up with you while stroking my hair, telling me a story, of those that only you know, full of magic, fairies, dwarfs, children and giants.

Thank you for hugging me when I needed affection,

for understanding me only with my gesture, for always having me close to learn from your experience and, of course, for all the nights full of patience.

I just hope you know with this,

that every day should be De la Madre, because although I don't tell you, and although I know you know, today I do say it: Mom, I love you.

Happy Mother's Day.
