Mini documentary "Julia": whatever you give your children, they will return

I want to share with you an emotional mini documentary called "Julia" which has taken three years of realization and tells the story of a family that could be that of any of us.

Little Julia's parents, through their testimonies and experiences, make us reflect on the importance of childhood education as a contribution to society. Or in other words, be aware that whatever you give to your children, they will return.

The video is based on feelings. Olga and Víctor, the girl's parents, tell us what their daughter felt at birth and how it changed their lives to become parents.

Their testimonies highlight that treating children with empathy, understanding their needs, putting ourselves in their place, giving them unconditional love, accompanying them ... Everything we give them in childhood will be able to return it to society tomorrow.

Education is a huge responsibility and there is no doubt that it "starts at home." We are the parents and the family who transmit empathy, respect and coexistence, fundamental values for life.

I leave the video emphasizing that you do not stop watching the last minutes in which the little girl is taking the breast of her mother. The looks, the games, the gestures, are pure love.

I also want to leave a phrase by Karl A. Menninger that comes out at the end of the video and I really like it:

"Whatever is given to children, children will give to society."

Video: Zion Williamson. Mini Documentary (May 2024).
